My end-of-year wish - better health for kids around the world.

Since I joined PSI (www.psi.org), a global health organization, as an Ambassador in 2009 I've seen firsthand how their health programs are giving kids hope for a brighter future by making sure that access to basic healthcare is never a barrier to reaching their full potential.

Last year alone, PSI added 22.17 million years of healthy life ­that's 22.17 million years free from diseases like malaria, pneumonia and tuberculosis and the effects of malnutrition.

Here's a few reasons why I support PSI:

For just $29.70, PSI can add a year of healthy life for one person. (The international standard - $100 per year of healthy life added is considered highly cost-effective - so PSI makes your contributions go a long way).

For every dollar invested in PSI, 94.5 cents goes to programs that directly reach the people we serve, creating measurable health impact.
