Hi Everyone.

I just returned from Mill Valley where I participated in The esurance Tennis Classic. I had a great time! The event was put together by tennis great Rosie Casals benefiting To Celebrate Life Breast Cancer Foundation and Youth Tennis Advantage. They brought together some amazing players to participate including Billie Jean King, Pat Cash, Lindsay Davenport, Murphy Jensen, Tracy Austin and Rick Leach.

The day started out with sponsor photos, meet and greet and Pro-Am. I always enjoy interacting with everyone especially on the court, it so great to see how much they enjoy playing tennis! 

We had a little break before heading back on the court for the World Team Tennis format competition. I was captain of one team that included Pat and Murphy and Billie was captain of the other that included Lindsey and Tracy. I played in the first match with a local player from Stanford, Mallory Burdette, against Lindsay and Tracy and in the second match I played mixed doubles with Pat. I always love playing the WTT format, it is always a fun time for all of us as players and it gives the fans a little bit of everything. And of course I love being on court with Pat, he is just the best! The crowd was fantastic and so into all of the matches!

After the matches we all headed over to the event reception and gala auction dinner, where I hope we were able to raise lots of money for these 2 great charities! Then it was off to the airport to head back home to prepare for my next trip to Kuala Lumpur.
