Hi everyone!

I just returned from my trip to Russia, and it was an incredibly emotional and eye-opening experience for me. I was in Russia as an ambassador for PSI, the same organization I worked with when I went to Haiti. I went there to help build awareness and understanding of the PSI program in Russia in addressing HIV/AIDS among disadvantaged high-risk individuals and the programs providing youth with the information and materials that empower them to make smart decisions about their health.

This trip was a very special opportunity for me and it was an honor to represent PSI in my home country. Words cannot express the range of emotions I felt this past week, and I can only hope my voice was heard and we are able to give the youth of Russia the platform they deserve to get the help they need to change their lives.

I am in the process of writing an extensive journal and will be posting the account of my trip along with pictures and videos very soon. This is an extremely different type of journal than in the past not only is it a day-by-day story of my journey but I have decided to write it in a narrative form.
